SHIPPING RATES
FREE shipping on all orders over $100.
All other orders will be subject to the applicable carrier rate.
All Art Prints and Framed Posters are subject to our vendor carrier rates and do not count towards the free shipping total. These are made to order and shipped accordingly.
All orders can be shipped on a 1-2 day tracked delivery service with USPS or applicable carrier.
DELIVERY SERVICE
The fulfillment of your order is managed by the Ibis + Joel team.
To ensure the safe arrival of your goods, all of our shipments are tracked. Order before 11:30 am Monday - Thursday to have your order fulfilled that same day. Orders received after 11:30 am or on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will be fulfilled the following business day.
Please note we’ll strive to fulfill your order straight away, but this can be delayed during busy periods and take 2-3 business days.
We use USPS 1-2 Priority Mail tracked delivery service for most of our orders. We are not currently able to offer express or guaranteed next-day delivery service.
EXCEPTIONS
LOCAL DELIVERIES - Orange County, FL
Local deliveries in Orange County will be available free of charge for orders over $150. Please select the appropriate option at checkout and add details to "Special Instructions"
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We do not currently process international deliveries and are working to address this at the soonest. If interested in an international delivery please send us an email at info@ibisandjoel.com and our team will review as needed.
HOLIDAYS
Orders placed on a holiday will be dispatched the next business day. If the 2 business day delivery date falls on a holiday, the delivery will be made the next business day.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE US
We do not currently ship outside of the US and its territories.
DELIVERY TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll get an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your order. USPS will usually provide a message on the estimated delivery date with a time slot.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.
